The Emden Matjes Tour is all about herring and matjes.
We will visit the traditional Emden company Fokken & Müller and you will experience on site how matjes and herring products are processed there. Even before the start of the herring season, we want to give you a look behind the scenes of the fishing industry and let you in on the secrets of herring. Of course, there will be plenty of herring and matjes to taste.
