Innovation Fair 2023

Innovations are an alliance with the future and are habit-breakers. Anyone who stops improving has stopped being good.

Our first innovation fair on 06.09.2022 generated so much positive feedback that we want to do more.

This time it will be an innovation fair with a diverse product showcase. We invite you to our premises in the heart of Bremerhaven's fishing port. We are also renting the Fischkochstudio & the Fischbahnhof. A shuttle bus connects both locations. We will welcome you with a firework display of products, partners, innovative concepts and lots of information. You will experience info shows, cooking shows & front cooking.

This time, our friends from Transgourmet Fleischwerke will also be there to show what they can do. More than 25 partners will be there. At regular intervals, we will be holding half-hour info shows, in which up to 40 people can take part at a time, on a wide variety of product areas. You will experience a variety of tastings and an unprecedented variety of fresh fish, shellfish and crustaceans. With us, you will get to know fish & seafood from a very special side. Only those who burn themselves can light a fire in others. We love fish! Take us at our word.

The evening event will take place from 18:30 - 23:00 at a very special location: the traditional sailing ship "Schulschiff Deutschland".

We can also organize an overnight stay on the ship for 25 people. This gives you the unique flair and experience of spending the night on the last German full-rigged ship and three-master. With wine, beer and music and a delicious seafood buffet, the evening in the Havenwelten Bremerhaven will be a unique event for every participant. The event is free of charge.
Hotel and travel must be organized independently.
