Online lecture: Vegan/fish substitute products Plant based

The veggie boom has reached the entire food industry. We at Transgourmet Seafood are responding to this with a range of plant-based fish and seafood products that we have developed together with our partners. The range includes, among other things
vegan sashimi saku blocks for sushi toppings as well as baked fish and crispy fillet products based on light vegetables (e.g. cauliflower), jackfruit or soy. To coincide with VEGANUARY 2023, we would like to present our extensive range of vegan fish alternatives in this online presentation alongside facts and figures about the veggie trend.
