The veggie boom has reached the entire food industry. We at Transgourmet Seafood are responding to this with a range of plant-based fish and seafood products that we have developed together with our partners. The range includes, among other things
vegan sashimi saku blocks for sushi toppings as well as baked fish and crispy fillet products based on light vegetables (e.g. cauliflower), jackfruit or soy.
