Study trip Iceland

Iceland, the "island of fire and ice", impresses with its unique nature. Impressive landscapes, spectacular natural spectacles, hot springs, raging waterfalls and volcanoes make the Pearl of the North, as Iceland is also known, an extraordinary and impressive island.
On our study trips, which start at Hamburg Airport, we immerse ourselves in the fascinating island world of Iceland. Among other things, we visit the breeding facility and the processing plant for our Arctic Char and experience the perfect conditions for healthy and natural salmon up close at the salmon farm in the West Fjords of Iceland. At both locations, we learn more about the sustainable and careful use of fish stocks as well as the respectful treatment of nature and the product fish along the entire value chain. Iceland Responsible Fisheries (IRF) informs us about the importance of Icelandic fish for Europe and describes the sustainability measures and regulations for Icelandic fish.
During our study trips, the program includes not only fish production, but also plenty of culinary delights and a country of incredible natural spectacles, full of contrasts, surprises and secrets under the spell of the forces of nature.
