Study trip Spain

The study trip takes us to the northwest coast of Spain.
Our destination is the port and industrial city of Vigo, with a population of 300,000, in the province of Pontevedra in the autonomous region of Galicia. Vigo has one of the largest natural harbors in Spain and is home to the country's largest fishing fleet.
The port of Vigo is the most important in the world for the supply of seafood for human consumption. Vigo has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine. Of course we visit one of the fish markets in Vigo.
During the entire trip you will experience a firework of impressions and experiences. Mussel production, mussel farming, pulp processing, frutti di mare production, turbot aquaculture, shrimp processing, squid cleaning and much more.
You will see the coastal towns of Vigo, Marin, Ribeira and Costa da Morte. Of course, we will also visit the pilgrimage site of Santiago de Compostela.
In culinary terms, you will enter new seafood worlds. We start on Sunday in Vigo, the trip ends early Friday morning. The program is so varied and a must for fish lovers.
