This time, we fishermen have joined forces with the meat professionals and used their expertise for our own purposes. Gebhard Buck, Managing Director of Mühlenbeck, and Ralf Forner from TG Seafood have a long-standing friendship that is characterized by mutual respect and appreciation.

The discussion about regionality and meat, vegan or vegetarian diets, animal welfare and animal health means that butchers today are also on the lookout for new product worlds. Observing and identifying relevant trends is essential and important in order to exploit market opportunities and tap into new target groups.
