5xD Catfish sausage - now it's snack time!
However, due to the increasing number of heterogeneous nutritional types and the growing awareness of health and sustainability, there is a need to adapt or modify food to the current age. With this in mind, we have developed the fish sausage from catfish together with our regional partner Mühlenbeck, a family-run meat manufacturer from the district of Cuxhaven that has been in business since 1889. This "Wels-Beste" catfish bratwurst, currywurst and bockwurst is produced exclusively using sustainably produced raw fish products. After all, consumers increasingly value animal welfare and regionality. From the young animal to rearing, production, processing and finishing, everything originates in Germany. Sustainable and resource-conserving farming and processing conditions not only protect the environment, but also ensure a natural, high-quality and healthy product in a class of its own.
