The crowning glory of the 2025 matjes season is the theme "Matjes in the Orient": oriental cuisine with couscous, quinoa & co. is now an integral part of the German gastronomic landscape. In August, we want to show how well our mild matjes fits in here. Here you will find dishes with few ingredients and a great variety of flavors.
