An audited quality management system ensures top quality from the production of audited and/or certified suppliers right through to the customer.
All products are subject to the strict test criteria of our in-house quality assurance. In addition to the company's own quality control, the fresh fish is regularly tested on a random basis by a publicly appointed and sworn expert from an accredited and qualified testing laboratory in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
Our quality management manual sets standards in the industry. State-of-the-art packaging that is low-germ, drip-free and odorless (drip-free polystyrene boxes, MAP trays for grilled fish and vacuum-sealed bags and trays for mussels) guarantees maximum preservation of freshness and enables problem-free storage together with other products in the cold store. They also offer sufficient protection against negative external influences during transportation and storage.
