Arabic cucumber salad with prawns

Ingredients

  • Origin shrimps (art. no. 326618)
  • Cucumber
  • Skimmed yogurt
  • Mint
  • Garlic
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

Defrost the prawns and then marinate in garlic for at least an hour. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the prawns until pink. Grate the cucumber into thin slices or cut into small cubes. Season the low-fat yogurt with mint, salt and pepper and mix with the cucumber slices/dices. Spread the fried prawns on top.
