Black pearl burger with octopus

Ingredients

  • Pulpo (item no. 114189)
  • Beef burger
  • Goma Wakame Supreme (Art.-No.
    668002)
  • Kamasutra dip (item no. 175577)
  • Avocado

Preparation

First fry the burger patties in oil or clarified butter for 4-6 minutes on each side in a pan. Boil the pulpo in a pan of hot water or cook sous vide beforehand. Meanwhile, spread the Kamasutra dip on the bottom half of the burger and slice the avocado. Now layer the burger. First place the burger patty on the bottom half of the burger coated with Kamasutra dip, followed by the pulpo arm Then place the avocado slices and a little goma wakame on top. Top off with a little Kamasutra dip and place the burger lid on top.
