Prawn burger with crispy bacon strips

Ingredients
- 1 kg raw prawns (item no. 980210)
- 200 g corn
- 2 diced red onions
- 3 eggs
- 250 g breadcrumbs
- Sea salt
- Chili powder
- 200 g bacon (in thin strips)

- Burger buns
- Salad
- Tomato
- Onion
- Cocktail sauce
Preparation
Cut the peeled prawns into large cubes with a knife, mix with the remaining ingredients for the pattie (sweetcorn, red onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, sea salt, chilli powder, bacon and coriander), shape into 10 thin, 10 cm diameter patties and fry on the grill.
Spread cocktail sauce on the bottom half of the burger bun, add some lettuce and then place the prawn burger on top.
Then place the tomato and onion on the prawn burger and spread the top half of the bun with cocktail sauce.
Season with salt and pepper or add a slice of cheese as desired.
