Prawn skewers in panko breading on Asianoodles

Ingredients

  • Prawn skewers (item no. 116831)
  • China noodle nests
  • Asian wok-fried vegetables
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Salt & pepper
  • Panko flour

Preparation

Season the prawn skewers and dredge in panko flour, pressing the breading down a little.
Briefly stir-fry the cooked Asianoodles with the wok vegetables and season with the sweet chili sauce.
Fry the skewers briefly on both sides.
Arrange the noodles in the center of the plate and add the skewers.
Garnish again with a little sweet chili sauce and fresh herbs to taste.
