Potato bowl with smoked salmon

Ingredients

  • Rustic fried potatoes
  • Smoked salmon strips sushi cut
    (item no. 734154)
  • Frutti di Mare (item no. 979139)
  • Edamame beans
  • Redpeppajam

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cut into equal-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato pieces on all sides until crispy and golden brown. If desired, sprinkle over some breadcrumbs to add a little crunch.
Then place the fried potatoes in a bowl.
Add the smoked salmon strips, frutti di mare and edamame beans and spread the Redpeppa Jam sauce on top.
