Summer rolls with king prawn filling

Ingredients

  • MSC King prawns (item no. 324346)
  • Goma Wakame (item no. 814621)
  • Wasabi dip
  • Kamasutra dip (item no. 175577)
  • Salad
  • Ginger
  • Rice paper

Preparation

Defrost and peel the king prawns. Wash and chop some of the lettuce leaves. Cut the ginger into small pieces too. Fill a large deep plate with lukewarm water. Place a sheet of rice paper in it, briefly cover it completely with water and coat it. Then drain and place on another plate and leave to dry a little. Place the rice paper in front of you and place a few prawns on the bottom half, then add the lettuce and goma wakame to form an elongated mass. Add a little wasabi dip on top. Fold in the bottom, roll once, then fold in the two narrower sides and roll up completely. Place a little kamasutra dip on top.
