Tuna Bowl

Ingredients

  • MSC tuna cubes - raw or fried - (item no. 93056)
  • Quinoa
  • Mango
  • Avocado
  • Edamame beans
  • Soy sauce
  • Light and dark sesame seeds
  • Sushi mayo
  • Japanese sriacha sauce
  • Daikon cress

Preparation

Cut the mango and avocado into small cubes. Serve in a bowl with the edamame beans.
Mix the tuna cubes with the soy sauce, sushi mayoo and Japanese sriracha and pour over the ingredients already arranged in the bowl.
Top with the daikon cress. Toast the light and dark sesame seeds in a pan and garnish the bowl with them.
Rolls of nori leaves or seaweed chips (all edible) are suitable for decorating.
